I think so because she had only lost weight there wich is quite strange.
And by the way I've never heard of people losing weight on their cheecks. I can't see by which way she could've naturally lose weight on cheeks

She looks kinda tired without her cheeks and she sould change her hair too.

Actually, I've never found her good with those big cheeks.
But now it looks like she has 2 gaps in her face

Perhaps with some make over she'll be better.
