I don't agree w/ you when you're saying that this PB is child porn.
After reading the newspaper article, I think the last PB Risako did is approching the the line but doesn't it cross it.
It's clear that the PB is oriented to wotas, and all that kind of people.
However some can say that young girls wearing bikinis on beaches are pretty common, and it'd be nonsense to ban these girl on beach.

Personally I just find this bad taste, but surely not pornografic.

The one who would most probably get her lines is Yurina I think.
She's the one between the front members (Risako, Miyabi Momoko) and the back ones (Maasa, Saki & Chinami).

She was closer to front members, but it seems like since Maiha's grad, she has been put back.
